The Mirrors Work modules are structured in such a way that they take you on an intensive transformational journey within yourself and address all of your deepest questions about life. The work itself rests on 10 Principles rooted in the Bhagavad Gita teachings, and it utilises a very practical technique of inner enquiry borrowed from Cognitive Therapy. [You do not need to be a Hindu, or even be religious to start this work, although it eventually will result in you expressing your innate Divinity in your own way.]

Each module is designed to first challenge your current thinking, and then introduce a higher, more spiritually refined way to perceive your life, your world, the people that you interact with and the experiences that you face on a daily basis. The modules highlight the contrast in our current limiting beliefs and thinking patterns, with radically different ways of perceiving our experiences. And they reveal an entirely different interaction with our environment and social interactions when we adopt new ways of thinking.

This is a deeply transformational work and is an opportunity to alter your perspective of life and therefore live more openly with a Love that comes from a profound source. Transformation happens when we drop old ideas and start living completely differently. With transformation, we can never go back to what we were. No one can ever shake our renewed convictions.​

The Mirrors Work Transformation Journey: The Modules
The Mirrors Work Introductory Module is the most critical to this path of personal growth, since it underpins the entire philosophy. All participants must undergo this programme before engaging in other modules of the Mirrors Work. Please note that there are different levels of the Mirrors Work, available only once you have participated in this initial workshop.
Module 1: The Mind

Through various exercises you

get an entirely unique and realistic view of the mind and its unstable, unreliable nature

come to realise how destructive it is to your life; how it is responsible for all of your personal suffering
-
begin to acknowledge the extent to which it cuts you off from your true nature, and your natural joy
​
Through a number of interactive activities, you begin a structured process of bringing the mind under control. In this way you can live a more joyful and peaceful life with the people around you, and find a self-love and confidence that is impossible to attain without first doing this work.

Module 2: Moving from the Mind to the Heart
​
In this session, you explore

what it means to live through the heart instead of the mind

how your quality of life starts to change as you allow yourself to see things from a completely different perspective

how using the the Mirrors tools helps your relationships, good and bad, begin to take on new meaning

how to navigate the noise of the mind and detach from its 'logical' arguments

how the events in your life look very different when using the Mirrors techniques

Module 3: Dealing with Adversity

This module gets to the heart of the human journey and what it means to live a human incarnation. You will experience

how you can turn the concept of adversity completely turned on its head, and gain a view of life and the events of the world through a very different lens

how to interpret the meaning of events in your life and most importantly, how to reap transformational benefits from adversity

how with the Mirrors tools you can successfully navigate your world, ride the storms of life, and over time and effort, emerge positively transformed
